Shipping policy

This page sets out the delivery charges, offers and restrictions that apply to goods ordered from this  website.  

• UK only: Delivery is available within the UK only. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses. 
• Delivery charges for standard delivery service: We offer free standard delivery in the UK, our standard delivery charge is  £5.99 per order. Deliver is made within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.
• UPS: deliveries outside of the London postcodes set out below will be made by UPS. You will  receive a tracking number which you can use to track delivery and re-arrange delivery on the UPS  website.  
• Delivery attempts: We (or UPS) will make two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after the  second delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to Caprice Wine Club and we may cancel your  order. We will notify you and refund you for the goods if so.  
• ID: We (or the delivery partner) may require proof of ID to verify that the recipient’s age is 18 years old or older when receiving orders of alcohol or other age restricted items.
