Refund policy

If you tell us, in accordance with the requirements of this clause 12 in our terms and conditions, that you've changed your mind about an order where:

The Goods haven't been dispatched [or you’ve asked us to collect the Goods from you], we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us that you’ve changed your mind.

We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

We only refund standard delivery costs and not anything extra, such as express delivery or delivery at a particular time.

We reduce your refund if you have used or damaged the Goods. If you handle any Goods in a way which would not be acceptable in a shop, we reduce your refund, to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we may reduce your refund if the Goods’ condition is not “as new”, price tags have been removed, the branded packaging or case is damaged or labels are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the Goods, no refund may be due.
